Our Safety Patrols consists of 5th grade STAR students and have the opportunity to visit our Nation's capital, Washington, D.C. each year. (Mentors: Mrs. Pace & Ms. Tomlin)
Mr. Viera is the mentor for the PES Art Club. Every year they have at least 2 Art Shows, in which students artwork is displayed and a family night of face painting & art.
Mr. St. Hilaire leads our PES Band, in which students play a variety of instruments from drums to clarinets to trumpets. Students have several opportunities to perform at school events, like pep rallies, Winter Holiday Program & city parades.
Ms. Diaz and Mrs. McCloud mentor the Spanish/Drama Club. Students rehearse skits for various performances at school events, such as our Annual Winter and Black History Programs as well as Red Ribbon Events and Kermesse Parade of Nations.
Ms. Barbara Jones recruits and preps our PES student & staff cheerleaders to motivate our students at various school events, including pepp rallies & school programs.
